Ayo is a Learning and Development expert with seven years industry experience specialising in Management Development and Talent Management. Over the last 2 and half years she has focused on learning everything about social media, marketing, e-learning and website design. During this time she has worked extensively with small businesses helping to build up their online business presence and training their teams on social media engagement.

Since 2015 Ayo has been helping budding entrepreneurs with their business idea to get it in motion so they can act like a start-up and launch it like a pro. She mentors and teaches her students using her own bespoke signature programmes which have been influenced by the numerous business programmes, live workshops and hundreds of webinars she has sat through. She has been able to create a programme that truly provides budding entrepreneur the step-by-step know how on how to set-up, create and launch a business. With teach and mentoring methods she also incorporates live stream training, video based learning, coaching development calls that all provide tips, tricks, hacks and on-going guidance and support you are truly covered.
